Practice Vitals ("Practice Vitals," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Tuckdin Marketing LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, when you visit practicevitals.ai or app.practicevitals.ai (the "Site"), submit your website for a free Practice Vitals Score, fill out one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or submit your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly, such as when you request a free Practice Vitals Score, fill out a Facebook or Instagram lead form, book a call, or email us:

  • Name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Website URL, city/state, and practice type (niche/services)
  • Any other details you choose to share with us

Information collected automatically when you visit the Site:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and general location
  • Pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4)

Information from third parties. If you submit a lead form through Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you entered into that form with us. If you're a public figure or business (e.g., you list your practice online), we may also look at publicly available information about your website to prepare your free Score report.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To run your free Practice Vitals Score check-up and deliver your report
  • To follow up by email, text, or phone about your results and our services
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our tools
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to train AI models beyond what's needed to generate your own report.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information with service providers who help us run Practice Vitals, under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing services to us:

You can also manage the ads you see from us through your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
